I found them to be professional, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable as I recovered from bilateral knee replacement. The support staff and front desk were also very competent and very pleasant. H David5 StarI looked forward to being with the therapists and others at Schaumburg department. I knew that they would know if I didn't "Do my homework " . I planned on every exercise being upgraded whether it was or not, as they could tell if I was struggling. I was talked to by name and treated with respect, along with professional cleanliness. I was there for six weeks last year at this time and enjoyed it then just as much. I will miss them all when I finish.Saturday 27th February 2021
