josh birnel1 StarGREAT local clinic staff. HORRIBLE national organization. The prescriptions have to go through a national system before the order is sent to the pharmacy which takes a day. Then if the pharmacy is out you’re screwed because the pharmacies won’t transfer the prescription and the national ideal options system takes an hour long hold just to talk to someone then takes another full day to get the prescription sent to another pharmacy. Even if the pharmacy has your medication it takes a full day for them to get the orders but the providers will only write prescriptions until the appointment date so they regularly make you go without your medications.Friday 18th February 2022

If your looking to help yourself with addiction and more, I'd 1000% recommend Ideal Options. It's the one place you can be completely honest and they actually will work harder to help your process.. choose Ideal if your looking to actually make it sober...fyi..I hate doctors, even nice ones but at Ideal Option you matter and are considered a real person..It's fantastic..Thursday 25th November 2021

I have had a few bad experiences with one doctor but the women in there are always there for me telling me that it is going to be okay!
