I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Ideal Option in Mountlake Terrace is such a new & improved experience of the program. The staff is so friendly and always helpful. At another location it was far from my house and always at least an hour wait. Here, I am in and out in less than 20 minutes. Ben is so good at what he does and always has a smile on his face! The ladies are always in a good mood and keep everything running smoothly. I highly recommend trying this location, cause it's the best! 😁

I absolutely love this place. I will only recommend the montlake terrace location because The staff are Amazing, and always kind and inviting. They do an optimal job keeping the environment warm and have even accommodated my younger daughter! They know their clients and are always excited to see them. Which is amazing for people in recovery, because so many people treat is like we are less than.... The toxicity is low, which is vital for recovering addicts. My appointments are extremely enjoyable And Therapeutic, and I always look forward to seeing the staff again. Thank you for helping me along in my recovery and being as kind as you are. Lots of love and gratitude.

Ideal Options is an amazing place to go for recovery from addiction. The staff are all super nice and they actually care about you and your recovery. I've never felt judged or have been worried about being looked down upon due to my addiction, in fact, they inspire me to stay sober. I love how the office is decorated. When I first came to Ideal Op the decor helped me feel at ease. I recommend the Mountlake Terrace office of Ideal Option if you or someone you know is looking for a place to start their recovery.

Honestly, the Mountlake Terrace Office has made my entire experience incredible and continue to do so with every visit. The entire staff are so welcoming, kind, and curious. I have been coming here for almost a year now and I am doing great with this program. I contribute most of my success to the staff here. They are awesome!!! I love everyone that works here. Each and everyone of them have gone an extra mile to make sure that I am doing ok.. and with the way they have transformed this office into a complete comfort zone along with the staff I actually look forward to my visits. I failed many times to get off drugs but thanks to the staff here at the Mountlake terrace location I have been successful. I am truly grateful. They are the the best!!
