I went to the Brawley facility which I have been with for 10 to 15 years to see if my new insurance was accepted there or what I needed to do to continue my care with them. After waiting about 30 minutes inside, I was told the person handling that would need to call me back. To this day no phone call and now I have no meds. This is extremely unprofessional for a mental health facility to ignore their patients. Hopefully the next person isn't suicidal.
