It was incredible. I learned so much! The Staff at Innovo is incredible. They never tell you what you should be doing; instead, simply offer sage advice. I think that is very important while going through what I was going through. I am not certain I could have ever found a place on my own that treated me so well. Very professional, kind, generous with their time -- you are not treated like a number. You are treated like a 'real' person. You are treated as a 'guest,' rather than a patient. I loved that. The accommodations are like staying in a Hotel and the Food.....oh, Jeepers, it is incredible. Three Chefs and you can also get snacks 24 hours a day. However, I think it is the Staff that makes this place so incredible. Yes, nice room and food, but the Staff at Innovo (from the start to the finish) made it a wonderful experience. If I find myself in the situation I was in prior to going to Innovo, I would get on a plane and head back. I would not even consider going to another place.

I don't usually write reviews as a referring provider but my experience with Innovo was so fabulous I had to share. From the first phone call to discharge the staff I interacted with were professional, kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to work with my team and our client. Their communication was exceptional and they collaborated with us throughout treatment & aftercare planning (including helping our client work through resistance about continuing on to residential treatment). We also received positive feedback from our client who was impressed by their interactions with the staff, quality of food, amenities, and the overall treatment provided. Looking forward to working with you guys again. Thank you for all that you do.

We have worked with Innovo Detox several times and each time has been better than the last. Referring to them is always easy and we know our clients are in great hands. They are very accommodating and go above and beyond to meet any request they re given. This is truly a great detox facility that I would highly recommend. We have driven clients there from two hours away, passing several other detox facilities to go to Innovo.

The team at Innovo has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The Admissions team has always been great with maintaining communication and creating a smooth transition for clients and their families. I had the opportunity to visit their facility when they first opened and was amazed. The center is absolutely beautiful and offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for anyone who is looking to recover.
