Instar Community Services (ICS) is a Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
clinic licensed by the State of Montana Addictive and Mental
Disorder Division. We offer assessments/evaluation, outpatient
treatment, peer support specialist services, referrals to
inpatient treatment, and teach the ACT/Prime for Life classes.
We are a part of the
Hazelden Betty Ford
patient care network as a preferred provider.

dakota parrish5 StarHaving been through DOC treatments as well as being mandated to participate in Boyd Andrews outpatient programs it was really refreshing when I met Terri Russell. She truly had my best interest in mind and I continued to see her after I was no longer court ordered to participate in treatment. Now that I no longer see her as a client, I still stay in contact with her and consider her a friend.
