Specializing in rehabilitation for the hand and upper extremity lets you feel at ease that you are in the right place for maximizing your rehabilitation. Our relaxing atmosphere will put you at ease and provide the emotional support needed during recovery from an injury or diagnosis causing dysfunction.
As certified hand therapists, we do a comprehensive evaluation to assess the individual needs of the patient. Just because you have a wrist fracture, doesn’t mean you won’t have a tight or stiff, painful shoulder to go with it. By tending to all areas of the upper extremity, treatment goals will be created to make sure all areas of patient concern are addressed with the treatment plan.
We are privately owned, allowing you to get the quality of therapy you need at a price that is affordable. Facility based practices are likely to have higher costs to the patient if deductibles and co-insurances are passed on to the patient. ...

kristin schiesser5 StarMy 15-year old daughter smashed her fingers weightlifting. She had seven complex fractures that required surgery with multiple pins and permanent screws. We were so upset and worried that she would never again have full functionality of her hand. After surgery, we were recommended to Linda Stanley at the institute for Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation. From day one, Linda and her entire staff were very knowledgeable , professional and friendly. They showed genuine care for my daughter and a true desire to help her. They worked with her through all the different aspects of therapy from function, strength, swelling, scar reduction with a great attention to detail. My daughter’s recovery is almost 100% and just working through some small items on her own. She is back playing volleyball and everyday life. We are thrilled! Tammy Marshall5 StarI worked with Linda and Aileen for approximately 3 months. They made every effort to help me in any way possible, utilizing many treatment approaches. They have a very personalized approach which is what makes them stand out. They were focused on my rehabilitation as well as my state of mind and supported me on all levels. I am a person who thoroughly researches doctors and treatment options, and always looks for the reviews that say "look no further" or "they really cared about me as a person".
