Clean and friendly environment. Excellent staff and will assist upon request. Medical team 2nd fl is patient, polite, extremely proficient, and took really good care of our relative Mr. Sammie. Only Cons, it’s hard getting someone to answer the phone, the facility is too open for visitors and need more security. Thank you Jackson Plaza for all your help. We really appreciate each of you all. Stay Covid-free and job well done.

They leave their patients to die, i stopped by this morning to check on my father who had been there only two days. When i entered no one even knew what room he was in, once i entered his room i saw he wasnt responsive and was breathing labored. I asked for medical attention no one did anything a nurse walked and in and said he was fine sleeping. I called rescue and his blood sugar was up to 472 they took him to emergency, if it wasnt for the fact i went to visit before work he would be dead. Im on the line with the er now waiting/hoping...
