My experience at the Bridgeway Institute was one of a healing nature that was long overdue. I am very relieved to have finally found a therapeutic process after exploring numerous other outlets. The clinical director, Jeanne, as well as the entire staff, were very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable; they treat each case on a personal level. It was a refreshing change from the intensity that the 12-step program can possibly ignite. Jeanne Carson and her staff at the Bridgeway Institute are amazing. I was skeptical about NAD but after seeing the shining reviews and speaking to Jeanne on the phone, it felt like it was a risk worth taking. I was bowled over by the kindness and compassion here – it is truly a special place and worth every penny. I waited a month after my 10 day NAD treatment to write this review. I still feel great, so here’s the bottom line: this treatment and everyone at Bridgeway saved my life. That’s a fact. I had been to more than 20 different traditional rehabs and checked into those 20+ more than 30 times total. And at the end of the day, this treatment restored me the point where I have HOPE and ENERGY. I’m not advocating against traditional in-patient rehab, I’m advocating FOR NAD. Do NAD first. It saved my life. Period. And if you can’t get to Bridgeway (which I highly recommend) then find another top-notch facility and do it. It was one of the best experiences ever. Jeanne is so caring and attentive. She provides support in so many ways to include spirituality. She is amazing. The NAD really made a big difference for me.
