The absolute WORST place on earth. No type of therapy, I had 2 guys over 250 pounds grab me and pushed me into a dresser and knocked me unconscious! There was absolutely no care on their part. One employee laughed in my face and said some antisemitic comments. I left there with more bruises than I have ever had! Getting transportation home from there is impossible. They actually don't even deserve 1 star. They don't deserve any. I have PTSD and they made it 20 times worse! They should be shutdown or replace every staff member there.

I am going through a lot with chronic pain and the doctor at the health clinic referred me to this place. They tried me on different anti depressants and had me coming in monthly to figure out something that would help. I explained that I get ill and it is hard for me to make some appointments because I live 30 mins away and don't have anyone to drive me there. My car broke down and I called and let them know I will have to get it fixed before I can go and if I could please talk to the doctor on the phone since I didn't have any refills on the medication I had been taking for the last month. It even gives you a warning not to just stop the medication. The receptionist on the phone laughed at me and told me to make an appointment when I got my car fixed and wouldn't even talk to the doctor for me. I was put in a worse situation than if I never would have gone in the first place having to stop the medication and having to deal with the rebound and side effects. Two stars because the doctor seemed to care and want to help, but the staff there probably never told him what was going on and couldn't care less about the patients there. The doctor also prescribed therapy for me and said he was checking on it for me later on, but they would never set it up. The staff there has no care in the world about anyone there.

They were there for my friend when she was pregnant. She was released & back there now. Hoping she receives the help she needs. Will update in due time. Update my friend says the facility was good. They seem to have helped her. She was transferred. They earned another star.

Don't waste your time: So my wife has waited so long for an appointment, keep in mind she needs help and it takes a lot for people to accept that. Yet these people made her wait 1 hour just to say the insurance she has is not allowed. The next appointment would be 2 months away. This place seriously needs to be replaced with new staff. At least someone who cares about the people who go in there. No payment plan no answers to the type of insurance they do want. They definitly need to check insurance before making you wait 1 hour.

If you have a little bit and ounce of love for your child don’t send them here. My daughter was there for five days they put her in detox from a detox center no personal belongings were given to her. Forgot the hippa law because anybody can call not tell anybody anything about your daughter. They literally have jail doors on the rooms with no clocks they were giving my daughter sleep medicine at seven in the morning. Notice there’s no pictures online of what the place looks like that’s the first warning sign. Just run and run and run wherever you wind up is better than this hell hole.Oh so it’s primarily a mental health institution not vegan substance abuse rehabilitation center. And if you sign yourself in voluntarily be beware that you need a doctors permission to leave crazy I know!
