This is hands down the best therapist I’ve ever seen!! You can tell that Mr. Jones loves what he does it shows in his work. Very professional and great staff! His receptionist Fatima is also amazing. Thank you all for being so caring! I wish I could rate 10 Stars.

I have to first explain the reason for the low rating. First impressions leave lasting impression! The first appt were red flags after arriving on time no one was available for check in. There was total chaos and no order in the waiting area! The reason I stayed is because Mr. Jones was highly recommended by someone who was a client of his. Mr. Jones was very pleasant when we met him and he took the time to listen and assured us that he could help. I was excited because I felt that my husband had finally found someone that he could open up to and someone that can relate to the issues of our men. 3 visits later Mr. Jones was very dismissive with my husband and made him feel as though he didn't want to service him. I called on 2/23 and left a message for Mr. Jones with Brandy in the front office and as of 03/05/20 haven't received a follow-up call or acknowledgement from him or anyone in the office. This is unacceptable and disappointing and this is one of the reasons why people feel how they do about therapy! It's a challenge especially for men to open up and express feelings only to be dismissed .....

I would recommend the counselors at Jones Behavioral Health to anyone. They are very nice and can help with whatever issues you may be having. Also, they usually have availability very quickly, rather than having to wait a few weeks.
