If you prefer a cookie cutter approaches to addiction where one addict is treated the same as the others this is your place. I’ve been im treatment for 10 years and due to doctor retiring had Togo to new doctor. After 3 times of telling them how to do a pre certification I got my meds filled it got done. If your have Medicare your fine if your don’t may god have mercy on your soul. I’m not looking forward to going back I’m due for a pre certification that I will need a new pre certification which is different than a pre authorization. Save yourself 5 weeks and a headache

They need to be more accurate with there scheduling appointments because the time you schedule your appointment is the time you should see the doctor and not when your opposed to arrive there and they dont tell you this they just make you sit there and wait forever to even go back and they you asked why was your appointment time changed and they be like oh well that was when you was supposed to arrive its not your actually appointment time that makes no sense they need to learn to do better job because your supposed to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, not schedule a time and it not even be for your appointment

Wow life changing experience! Dr. Koeller is simply amazing! Nurse Sandy Rocks! I didn't know i had underlying health conditions that can be life threatening, journeys amazing TEAM found it & instantly started a tx plan! I'm so so thankful for this place! God is good! Thank you Journey Rec center you saved my life!!!!! I will be forever grateful! God bless!
