My mother is actually here now. She says there a no phones in the rooms no one helping the patients, the food is inedible. My mother is there for rehabilitation and not one single person came in to help here with the rehab! The 1st day she was there she fell and they didn't want to help her up. When I call her all I hear is patients yelling for someone to help them. This is beyond ridiculous! We are trying to find a place to send her where she will actually get get some help. .

It’s a policy that is a problem. My mom died Dec 4th. The nursing home Kings Daughter called the people on her list. A brother, sister and a son. They all three refused her body. A relative called me. I’ve been estranged from the family for years. I took care of the details and paid. They told me she didn’t have anything. I figured as much. I am the one that send her money all my adult life. But in fact she had a bank where society security money was put for her use. I have know idea how much was there it’s the principle. The money is being given to my deadbeat brother that refused her body. ITS POLICY. The injustice is mind boggling.

Visit your loved one often. There are good staff members here but they are obviously understaffed. The outer areas may appear clean, but the residents rooms and bathrooms...not so much. My grandmother and her roommate have been left for hours in their own feces...even after reported to the nursing station. Communicating issues with family also seems to be lacking. My grandmother fell recently and was taken to ICU. Several days passed before the family knew about it. 1 phone call was apparently made and a message left on an unattended answering machine. The other numbers available were not used or given to the hospital (AH) A separate issue---My grandmother's glasses have been missing and not replaced since September 2018. I would not recommend this facility for long term care. I will say the staff in the short term care and rehab have been great to work with.

I spent seven days in Kings Daugthers and I found it to be very comfortable. All staff were very friendly and the nursing care was excellent! The Physical therapy program is outstanding. Rooms were cleaned daily and the food was good. I would recommend Kings Daugthers for sure. The one thing I appreciated most was how they treated the elderly with utmost compassion.

After spinal surgery and four days at RMH, I was a patient at KD's Eclipse for ten days. Everyone I encountered was helpful, caring, and respectful - nurses, aides, physical and occupational therapists - all were just wonderful. Rooms and common areas were always clean. Meals were appealing and delicious. If I were to need something like this again, this is where I'd want to be. Thanks to all !
