The program has great potential, but I believe they lack the experience in some areas, my counselor is LMSW fresh out of school probably but, she lacks understanding meaning she not flexible at all. my experience is if they can control you, they want to discharge you and make it look like you was the problem. For Example: I was working in group one day and I didn't make it to in the same week. I saw her very next day everything was ok, a week later she placed me on a behavioral contract instead of addressing the problem last week and moving forward she avoided. So my point that shows that she's not a strong individual because she didn't address the behavior when it happened and secondly she avoided speaking with me, third she pulled her supervisor in on the meeting. That show the lack of experience and that she uncomfortable dealing certain people I believe. I would not recommend this program...

This is a terrific program for anyone looking for a place to start recovery. They have many different times to fit anyone's schedule. I definitely recommend this place. They are extremely helpful for the addict and their families.

I got penalized for being honest about my feeling. They said that they had concern about my safety and called a police and handcuffed me to a hospital while I insisted not to go to a hospital. It was outrages how they treated their vulnerable patients. I would never ever go back to this place again. I wanted help not locked up in a hospital for no reason. I locked up in an ER room for a day just to speak to an ER doctor to verify that I was ok. The hospital confirmed that I was medically OKAY, which I had been insisting Kolmac I was fine and not need to go to a hospital!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kolmac made my family worried so much and made me missed my work. (While I was in the hospital, my family was not allowed to see me.) For me, Kolmac is NOT a safe please to get a help. Please be aware.
