Welcome to Kolpia Counseling Services

Kolpia is a state certified outpatient counseling center for substance use disorders. In addition to outpatient services, we offer a state certified DUII program, as well as mental health services.

We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), private insurance, and private pay.

Please know this: The cutoff levels they use are way way below any national or state standards, which means basically you can fail a test if you have only molecules of a substance in your urine. So say you buy a couch that someone may have spilled something on at the goodwill, or touch the wrong dollar bill at the grocery store, or you are intimate with someone who used, then you can easily fail one of their tests. NO OTHER services like this use these low cutoff levels, so really you are better anywhere else. I can't believe it is legal for them to use these levels, as people's lives are on the line and whether people can keep their children is on the line. I am very sad for the lives this place has shattered. I seriously hope they will reconsider what they are doing and start using the standards that everyone else is using, because those are the standards that have been deemed fair. Good luck out there!
