This place is more like a satellite jail. Definitely not a rehab, it is alternative incarceration. Place is set up for failure. Steer clear of this place if at all possible.

if i could leave a half star i would. i drove 40 minutes from hastings to battle creek for an immediate reading drug screen because i had court the following day, they were all notified that my results were needed for court and failed to send my results to my PO causing my probation to be extended. not only were they told by my probation officer over email , but it was the first thing i mentioned when i walked in and when i was finished testing. they even reassured me i had nothing to worry about and i was all set to go. i will never be going here again nor will i recommend anyone that needs help to go to this facility ever again. i agree with the other reviews...i cant understand how you guys still receive funding. like i said, if i could leave a half star i would.

They are not checking inmates to make sure their phone is locked up in their locker were they are supposed to be kept they allow inmates to hang out in the parking lot with who ever on the weekends inmates are allowed to have f.b and just message away from their dealer sounds like a great place to get better I believe they should have guidelines if their going to use their cell phone their should be guidelines a sighn in and out sheet for who ever is visiting in parking lot on the weekend and daily drug testing done

This place discriminated, denied medical isssues, didn't feed me in 4 days, harass my employer, my Dr., And summit point put a block on the phone to KPEP. they're tired of the badgering. Alot of the respectable businesses in the BC area wrinkle their noses and refuse to sign the paperwork to prove that you actually had an appointment. Disgusting and embarassing. See you in court Andy.
