After Laura the entire facility was redone and upgraded from floor to ceiling, There's a new staff, a new culture and a more home like environment.

If you love your loved ones DO NOT send them here!!!! Neglect, Neglect, Neglect!!! In the week that my FIL spent there, we saw sooooo many issues.... for example I went to check on him one afternoon and he had a tourniquet that was left on his wrist..... no nurse in sight.... his hand was swallow and turning colors.... I immediately asked for a supervisor and a nurse took down my information and said I would get a call..... never got a call. I still have the tourniquet.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE CENTER FOR YOUR FAMILY if you LOVE THEM!!!!! It would be great if you could give ZERO stars!!!! This Center is deplorable and PLEASE BEWARE!!! They don't answer phone calls or follow up with the patients family members. They nickle, dime, and create charges that are not discussed and or explained to the patient or the family. They harass you for money and then avoid you when you are seeking support and information. This care center should be audited and checked by the STATE.

THE SMELL ALONE MADE ME SICK AT MY STOMACH THE CARE PROVIDED TO MY FATHER WAS AT BEST SUB PAR THEIR SOCIAL WORKER LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED IT TOOK 3 HOURS TO TALK TO HER AND I WAS TOLD ON MY THIRD CALL SHE WAS ON THE PHONE AND WOULD CALL ME BACK AFTER 2.5 HOURS PASS I CALLED AGAIN TWICE AND FINALLY SPOKE WITH HER
