One star because I had no other choice. This place is pathetic. My mom is in hospice care, she has been given 3 days or less. This place will only allow 2 visitors at a time. They won't let us as a family go in together and be with her. I hope whoever makes these decisions is never in our shoes.

I spent the worst 4 weeks of my life in this dumb 3 cold meals a day never saw more than 1$worth of food on a plate is a baked potato a dinner It is hear + 1 packet of sour cream. Physical Therapy I wanted to report them to them still couldn't walk after there 40 minute hours they billed my insurance. There were 3 grown ups there the rest were hillbilly children that would do as little as possible then run out of my room. The med people tried to force pain pills on me so I would be out as much as possible. It would take 45 minutes to get response when rigging for help. Saw Dr. 2 times in 28 days If you really want to put MOM OR DAD through HELL send them hear. Just say NO TO THIS NIGHTMARE.

Don’t do it. All the positive reviews are by employees. They are a for profit facility. It is all about the money. 3 showers in 21 days is not acceptable.

I recently visited the facility as I was searching for a long term care facility for my grandparents. The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns. I feel this would be an excellent place in the future for my grandparents and plan on visiting them again when that need arises.

Recently my family and I were touring facilities for possible placement for our grandfather. We had quickly become discouraged as the day progressed. Lakebridge was our last stop of the day, and it is true “we saved the best for last.” We were greeted by smiling staff and welcoming hellos. The employees were quick to offer us assistance and point us to admissions. The facility had no odor, the floors were clean, and most importantly the patients seemed happy. A building that felt more like a home than a facility. We cannot say enough good about the friendly staff and welcoming environment!!! Top notch.
