In tears that my loved one has to live here! Filthy. Urine soaked carpeting in room. No rehab. No dignity. No respect. Far from home. Helpless. Understaffed. No empathy. Unable to move closer to home. My prayer is that new management will see beyond the dollar signs and realize their clients are human beings that are loved and deserve, at the bare minimum, cleanliness and compassion and care along with meaningful interaction by all staff, not just a few. What good is it to report to the state if nothing is done? For the love of God take out the disgusting carpeting and at least install cheap vinyl tiles. Who has carpeting in rooms and hallways with seeping bodily fluids that are left to breed disease and bacteria? Disgusting…

Lakeview Manor goes above and beyond for their residence and their families! Carla Morrison and Stephanie are excellent staff members to work with to help families navigate care for their loved ones. I highly recommend calling Carla and talking to her. She is very caring and has a servants heart. ❤️

I've lived here twice and I have had SEVERAL items and money stolen from me. They are always either losing my clothes or somebody's stealing them!!! And the administration says one thing and he is NOT a good administration's

As soon as I walked in, there was a smell of urine. I was not greeted as I walked in & there is a lack of communication between staff. The work load is extremely difficult. The pay is unacceptable & needs to be raised. I've been an CNA for 21 years & was offered $14 an hour. The only way I could receive the amount of money I need to handle my affairs & still have money to save I would have to work so much over time...you do that then you become burnt out. These facilities & employees have to do better

Nasty place. Smells. Staff absolutely rude and non caring. The whole management team needs terminated and start from scratch. (FYI they changed their name to Envive of Indianapolis) new owners I guess. Hopefully they clean house.
