Our mother was here for 4 years and we NEVER had any issues. Staff was always loving, caring, patient, respectful and extremely considerate of our opinions. Everyone from her floor to the kitchen called our mother, "momma". We were fortunate enough to share our mom with an amazing staff. Who we considerate family. Thank you for taking good care of our QUEEN!!

Terrible place! I take care of a couple residents that live here and come for treatment at the facility I work. Patients have come in with dirty blankets that been soiled with feces for a long period of time. Colostomy bags that are almost always so full that they burst often. Patients come to treatment late constantly causing them to miss a good amount of their needed treatments. We’ve called them numerous times about these issues and nothing changes. I feel terrible for all the residences that live here. I had a driver this week that was picking up a patient that lives here and they even told us that the living conditions in this nursing home is horrific inside and the worst that they are yet to see.

Lancaster Nursing and Rehab is a really great place. Many of these reviews are unfair since government mandates dictate many things such as visitation and restrictions that are in place. They always manage to have great staff and always take care of my grandmother very well. I have no complaints and think that reading these reviews are unfair. They have staff that work hard and really care for the residents there. My grandmother has many friends there and think of some of the staff as her own grandchildren. The place is clean and festive for the residents. Ignore those negative comments...glad my grandmother is there. I know she's in great hands!

Keep your family far away from this place. Any good review you can bet is an employee trying to raise the ratings. Employees do not assist and rehabilitate residents, they advice them what to do on their own. Rooms are 4 people to a room, no place for family to sit while visiting, and I think that's on purpose, make sure family's are not comfortable so they do not stay to visit and have time to ask questions. Long story short noone would send their worst enemy here if they actually knew how bad it is.

I had a family member residing in this facility and the care she received was on point! The STAFF that stayed YOU ARE THE REAL SUPER HERO'S.. JOB WELL DONE AND APPRECIATED!
