Well I live here presently. Night crew are sleeping. No nurses at the desk. The reason I know this is because I seen it for my own eyes. No one cares. This is what the taxpayers are paying for. If I didn't have to live here I wouldn't.

I received both a text/email asking me to confirm a day and time for the Staff Schedule Coordinator. Although I read all the negative reviews I thought it was a good idea to see for myself. I had an interview scheduled for January 17 at 1:00pm. I arrived early (11 min commute from my home). I waited for over 30 minutes and I was asked to leave due to a survey and that someone would contact me to reschedule? Unfortunately no one reached out to me. Even today the job posting keeps popping up in my search indicating the position is still open? Glad it was my day off and a short ride but a BIG waste of time!!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star… Horrible service worst place to have a loved one. They don’t check on patients.. Sounds and lights were on and nobody came to check on my brother in law… 😡😡 Lets not even go into the details about how filthy this entire building is. Looking for a new place to transfer him because honestly this place doesn’t care if they die.

Lol I received a text from this place trying to schedule me for an interview for a scheduler coordinator. I submitted the application in July, it is now November which probably means someone has quit the position already. So of course they obviously do not think people pick up on that nor read the reviews. I am so glad that they have platforms like this so that people can see the truth because interviewers sit up interrogate and want honest employees but be lying all throughout the interview making their facility and staff seem like the golden palace when it's really a haunted house. Thank you but no thanks!!!!!

I would not recommend this facility to anyone and not even my worst enemy. Where do I start? This place is not clean at all very filthy throughout the building. The up keep outside is terrible too. They need to screen there applicants more and do a background check some of them should not be work there. From the administration to all staff members don’t really care nor treat all patients of any state of mind appropriately. There are some hard working cna and the other cna are lazy and hide out to avoid attending to patients in need. If administration would hire more cna and not just dump 10 plus patients on cna that need extra help. The administration should get off there a$& and help the cna. Furthermore they steal your loved ones social security in hopes you’ll never pursue it in asking questions about it. Donot let this place steal from your loved ones. The administration just wants to hear what they want and want everyone to go along when it’s wrong as usual they deny anything. The place is foul smelling and it’s sad your loved ones sit in there mess for hours or more. The janitors clean half a&& and use same dirty rags to clean patients rooms if you don’t like the job just quit. Your loved ones don’t get the proper care wake up and be there voice cuz no one else cares. The way they talk this place up make sound like a country club that’s a joke. Do better research check any nursing place out. All administration says I’m sorry you had less than favorable experience let’s discuss. Discuss that you don’t give a darn about residents and only care when it suits them. You can’t account for money of residents instead you all spend money you take from residents on yourself. Believe it your staff has told many of the visitors how poorly they are treated. You have residents that need to be respected cared for adequately and done right by and don’t neglect them and keep them clean. Imagine if they were your family would you treat your family like that? I bet you wouldn’t stand for it if it came to your family member so think twice how you treat someone’s loved ones. This place should be closed down and I am glad I got my family member out. Don’t want to hear the bs from administration.
