The company offers opportunities for advancement and I feel I have grown more as an employee in the 7 months I’ve been apart of this team than I have in several years. M Molenda5 StarI am currently employed here and let me tell you I absolutely love my job. The staff here are amazing and will go that extra mile to care for their clients. I'm all about client centered care and LMRC knocks it out of the park. Staff are treated like family here .the facility has been open less than 3yrs and we are still experiencing our growing pains and ironing out the kinks.
