Landmark South is a health care community offering individuals a place to recover, rehabilitate and/or reside, depending on their specific needs.

For individuals who need short-term care after a surgery or hospital stay, we provide the skilled nursing services that help speed recovery and get you back home safely. For those who have had joint replacement surgery or a medical event such as a heart attack or stroke, our rehabilitation therapies help increase your mobility, strength, and ability to function. If you’ve reached a point where you need regular medical monitoring, we also provide long-term care in a homelike environment with plenty of activities to help nurture the body, mind, and spirit.

My Mom stayed at Landmark South for 5 weeks while recovering from a fall. I cannot say enough good things about the place. The staff was kind and attentive, the facility was pretty and clean and the food was very good (according to Momma). They were very responsive every time I called and they communicated with me often. They even had a warm goodbye for my Mom as she left. The staff lined the hallway as she was being wheeled out and they rang a bell and waved. She truly enjoyed her stay there and if she ever needs full time nursing, Landmark South will be the first place that I call.
