When i think of the recovery center i think of service work. I have been a addict my whole life and when i came to the center 29 months ago, I absolutely love it here, I was able to be around people who were like me , but different happier and healthier i wanted the difference that people had here. the more i was here the more i really want to help people like the old me. So i am volunteer here. I am still here doing me and able to help others.I was never pushed, I am very grateful for the recovery center and all the staff for allowing to be me. Hopefully one day i can repay the kindness shown to me and my family

Horrible place to find a place that can really help I honestly can’t believe that they can stay open zero if this was a one to ten situation and the people that work there are sober correct highly doubt drug test ur employees then try and weed out who can really help

Latah Revovery Center and the staff they have do not have everyone's best interest in mind. The staff let's their life experiences dictate the help they provide and the recommendations they give for and to the people who walk through the centers doors seeking help. The staff tends to have a do as I say belief and if you do not they tend to throw you to the wayside and don't provide what their mission goals say they will. They take advantage of people who seek their help, they turn them into volunteers and peer support for new people seeking help. I've seen them hold more people back from reaching their potential than they have ever given a hand up to. Keep people time filled with center related things rather than helping them achieve the things in life that are required to even live a basic life. I've seen them hold clients in limbo and literally play on their emotional states to get them to be volunteers rather than finding gainful employment needed for basic living. Confidentiality is non-existent in the place and they will use whatever information you provide against you to create drama and choas where there was not any previously.
