My 95 yr old mother is there. No one answers the phones not returns calls. The doc said she would call me every 2 days with updates but havent been able to reach her or anyone for 10 days. Had to threaten to call police to get them to speak with me. Then it's the same story, "shes doing fine." Fine? No she's not eating lost from 130 to 114 lbs. Giving her morphine to keep her quiet. This place is hell on earth. I'm disabled and can't go there to check. I live 600 miles away. GOD help those poor people.

This was the most unprofessional encounter I’ve had at a job interview. The staff was genuinely disrespectful, I can’t imagine how they are treating patients. I went in for a job interview and upon speaking to management I knew that this was not going to work out. She ultimately made me feel stupid and unqualified for the position as a caregiver before offering me the job. Never in my life have I experienced something like this, truly sad and enraging at the same time. I was in the building for no longer than 25 min, and left with a horrific impression of this place. Front desk and management rolled their eyes at me and spoke to me in a very degrading manner. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of your loved ones. Where is the quality of care ? There aren’t any exciting and meaningful activities at all . My mother is always complaining about the activity staff, and how she is always bored and does nothing all day . Very unprofessional . Every time I enter the building the young lady Cecilia is very rude and talks on her cellphone while she at the front desk very inappropriate conversations i over hear .

My wife is here due to complications from taking the blood thinner Pradaxa. Thank God the people here are competent, caring and nice. Kaiser has this as one of its rehabilitation centers it uses for its members. The doctors and nurses here want you better and the place is clean and well looked after. I don't know how our wonderful people in healthcare do it. My heart is broken for my wife but knowing she's in great care really helps. The people who work here always have a bright attitude in the darkest of your times. It makes a big difference. Now hopefully, we can get my wife better so she can go home. I never would have thought a drug like Pradaxa could do this to someone. Thanks to the staff here for showing care and kindness to my wife. Together, God willing, we will get my wife better and home.

My father was rushed to the hospital both (brief) times he was in their care, and the second time he passed away. I don’t know how long he was in distress and am angry and upset they did not notice the symptoms of sepsis earlier. He seemed isolated and not really cared for here. The staff is also disorganized and rude — do not take the potentially deadly risk to trust your family members to their care.
