Sandra Sloane2 StarDuring this time of COVID 19 some of their staff could be a bit more considerate of how they speak and treat family members. Before, my experience had been really satisfactory. But recently some of the staff has fallen short of that respectable mark. We must do better we are all embarking on something we never been through. I can’t see my love one I’m expecting you to relay how she doing and no to seem annoyed that I’m calling and asking. I appreciate you all for the work you do and looking after my love one. megan rollins1 StarDo not put your loved ones here. Only giving one star because it requires you to, should be zero. This place is TERRIBLE. My dad recently had a stroke and was sent here. He is bedridden and depends on us to take care of him. He has had kidney transplants in the past as well. He was only here a WEEK before he had to go to the ER because of dehydration!! They didn't give him water! A kidney patient HAS to have water. Along with that, he only got one bath while he was here. Don't do send your loved ones here.Tuesday 27th February 2018
