Level Up West Palm Beach is a multi-faceted addiction treatment organization that employs the use of various methods to produce effective solutions to major drug/alcohol challenges faced by families and individuals. Our team works to improve public health and the health of individuals through various angles. Research and innovation are some of the avenues that we actively pursue to advance our substance abuse treatment models. This includes providing the best individualize treatment and an environment that best supports recovery. Our West Palm Beach treatment facility is centrally located in a peaceful South Florida beachside community. We provide treatment services to all local communities including but not limited to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Palm Beaches. However, we also serve clients from around the United States who are in need of  the best drug and alcohol treatment options that best meet their needs. Particularly for individuals who have experienced multiple relapses in the past, our comprehensive program is an obvious choice. I have been to treatment a few times and I really enjoyed that this treatment center had a holistic program. I feel that the holistic program at Level Up West Palm Beach is what I was missing for long term sobriety. I would recommended this treatment center to any of my loved ones. For me, Level Up was my first time in treatment. I was pretty scared before I went in, but the staff were so loving and treated me like family. They understood me, and were caring and patient with me in ways that some family and friends never even were before. I even made friends with some of the other clients like me there. I didn’t know anything about addiction or AA but now I feel empowered and have been practicing sobriety successfully. I highly recommend Level Up! My family life was in shambles. I didn’t know what my problem was; I just knew I had one. I reached out for help to Level Up based on a recommendation from a friend I know who went. They truly gave me the opportunity to turn my life around when I thought I didn’t have anymore chances. I was miserable. They could not have been more loving and caring in every way possible. Level Up truly helped me every step of the way, answering all my questions and concerns I had about treatment and moving forward in my life, my recovery, and with my family. Give them a chance! I came to Level up desperate to find a way to not only get sober, but to find a way to stay that way..I also wanted to learn to love myself again and be a better person. With the help of the amazing staff, the therapists, recovery coaches, case manager, and the techs. I am able to start a new chapter in my life after 30 years of alcoholism. These people really care and are beyond amazing. I couldn't be happier with my choice in picking this particular treatment center. If anyone needs help like I did, this is the place to call.

I struggled for years with alcohol. This place brought me back to life. And got me ready for some work that I had to do within myself. All the techs there were kind and understanding. And the only time I plan on going back there is to share my personal strengths and hopes. Because that's there plan for you not to come back as a patient but to come back as an alumni. April 28th 2022 will be my one year anniversary. I thank this detox. For saving my life.

They transferred me against my will to another facility over an hour away without notifying my emergency contacts while I was so heavily medicated from their detox protocol medications that I couldn’t maintain consciousness. Upon transfer they did not reconcile over half of my belongings to me and kept them. Furthermore, they lied to me prior to transfer stating that if I were to discharge against medical advice instead of be transferred to a facility I knew nothing about that they would hold my cellphone and wallet for 72 hours (they are not legally allowed to do this, however I didn’t know that at the time) Just another sleazy, scummy, shady for-profit rehabilitation center. Best part is that they still solicit me monthly in “alumni” chain text messages with absolutely no regard paid to my polite requests to please be excluded from all future correspondences. If you have a modicum of self love, don’t go here. If you love someone who is struggling with a substance abuse condition, do not ever send them here.

Everything you’d want in a detox facility. Caring and knowledgeable staff. The cooks are incredible. Detox alone won’t cure your addiction and they know that. They take the extra steps to insure you are in the best situation possible before you leave. They set me up with a great halfway next to my work. Ashley and Lexi are a stellar team as recovery coaches. Adam helped me set up housing and discharge plans, I couldn’t have done it without them.
