I had to find a place for my aunt to go and I chose Liberty Nursing Center. I did not know what to expect however I'm glad I chose them. My aunt was very please with the care that she received from her physical therapy, aide and her nurses. As for me they kept me informed of my aunt care. and the center was very clean. I would recommend them for your love ones. I will definitely use them again!.

If anyone allows a family member to be in this place, make sure you go daily to check on them. They don't care for the residents, they allow sores to develop and then won't document that, therefore, it never happens. Documentation runs this world, especially in healthcare, so if you don't document it, it never happened and there is no way to prove otherwise. The people running this home truly do not care for any patients, just a paycheck. I would have rated a zero, but that is not an option here. The state should come in and shut this place down and get the residents to a facility that checks on them and actually takes care of them.

My grand father was there after a battle with Covid. Although I wasn’t able to visit him but through the window they took great care of him. The therapy, administration and nursing management were very responsive with great communication. I would recommend this place because they know what they are doing and understand the importance of keeping us families updated on progress.

This facility is absolutely beautiful! I recently toured here and was so impressed not only with the cleanliness and beauty of the facility but the team. Witnessed several interactions with staff and residents and was very impressed with their bedside manner as well!
