Kelly Leblanc2 StarCNA staff appear to be caring and genuinely trustworthy. People who work at the front desk are kind and professional. However, there seems to be a practice of communicating as scantily and as little as they can when you need to be communicated with. Some of the supervisory people can be condescending, and have borderline hostile attitudes. I'd be more specific about my grievances but I don't want them to reflect on people other than myself. Relative to other nursing home organizations locally speaking, I guess it's not like I'd go running to seek services elsewhere, but I'm glad my time needing to deal with some of those people is over.Thursday 3rd February 2022

Ashley Thompson1 StarIf I could rate them negative “stars” I would. Absolutely disgusting facility. Prescribed a very serious AS NEEDED med for my family member who was a patient there. EVERY DAY. Medicine torture!! Also claims to “rehabilitate” .... no. Let’s patients lie there every day practically dying. This place is horrendous!!!!Tuesday 25th May 2021
