This facility has outstanding service all around from their admissions/marketing team to the activities dept, nursing dept, therapy dept to your discharge with social services. I have volunteered here many times throughout the years playing piano and having spa days for the residents. It is a great community and it is evident that the staff cares about their residents! The facility is clean, friendly, and very welcoming!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this center to ANYONE! When I would visit my mom, she always looked worse than a homeless person. Hair never brushed, pulled up in a side pony tail. Wearing clothes that half the time didn't belong to her. Her nice outfits and pajamas were ALWAYS lost and was never found nor did they offer to replace them. The nurses were aweful to talk too on the phone, very unpleasant. And as a self pay, they basically DEMANDED several days that we DID NOT owe them. We paid it, because that is the type of people we are. But for sure we were taken advantage of in the pocketbook. Total thieves. I think that one should definitely reconsider before sending your loved one in this place. I do however have to say, the CNA'S are absolutely wonderful!!

My mother had to go their after she broke a bone in her leg.this place was in my eyes was abusive her bed did not work to lower or raise it. She would call for a nurse for her meds they would not just come the overnight shift put my mother in a adult diaper when she is mobile to use a bathroom just needed assistance with walking. She called her call bell because her walker and wheelchair was across the room and she needed to use the bathroom she had to use a tool to help pick up things she had to use that as a cane to help herself to the bathroom because nobody came they were supposed to remove her stitches and staples before she left they did not do that they were supposed to set her up with doctors they did not do that this place needs to be investigated I feel sorry for patients that did not have a strong advocate there for them because I could just imagineHow they are treated and neglected my mother ended up with a bedsore when she’s mobile I don’t understand we had to go and figure everything out we had to go and set up the nurse for home physical therapist for home when that was their job I will do everything I have to do you have this place under investigation for neglect other patients and I also have the photos to prove what they did to my mother
