Never leave someone you love there they do not care for your love ones ii don’t know what they do there but they say they are a care facility but what they care for is a question I like Answered. Oh and the private restroom in the room had Feces on the wall I pointed it out I was told it would be taken care of and the next day it was still on the wall !!!

I was here for 2 months in 2017. Itemembr worked so well that. When i broke my hip i requested to come back .t people are the best in the world in making you feel that its worth all. The effort to GET BACK.to better health than before the hip. Very clean and great atmosphere. Because of multiple double whammy from covid( PRICE AND Availability). The FOOD WAS better in 2017 but is the only negatve.and the remodel is very positive. Remember.the most important part is how they make you feel both physically and emotionally.

My brother 58 year old alert patient with diabetes and bilateral lower amputations left to sit in his own waste because of “change of shift”…I called from California to get him care. On his behalf, spoke with Executive Director and contacted their mngmnt team several times during his stay to report not administering ordered medications, verbal abuse, another episode of leaving him in waste, and a urinary infection their staff refused to treat; in fact, it was evident that they didn’t know how to properly read the results. He was left in pain and got worse for about 5 days. Cheryl, exec director—won’t take calls. Will call back and try to make excuses for their substandard care…she will also promise to investigate and get back to the patient with the result of the investigation and will not. Btw…I am a RN and knew exactly what to say and how to say it and it still was difficult to get them to do the right thing. Preserve dignity. Provide quality care. Treat patients as a family member. To Lifecare: do not make a feeble attempt to be proactive to my review and say the Exec Dir, Cheryl wants to speak with me…I still have her number but no desire to try to help u improve any longer…I did that right before u discharged him with an active infection.

Neglect is their primary focus! If you would like your loved one to suffer and be neglected, then this is the place! Their priority #1 is money. They pray on those with Medicare. I’ve made several attempts to speak with their so called “executive director” but she’s never in the facility and doesn’t know how to return voicemails.
