Life Care Center of Stonegate is a state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2012. We are less than 5 miles from both Sky Ridge Medical Center and Parker Adventist Hospital, making our nursing home a perfect choice for individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation, long-term care or post-operative recovery.
Focusing on post-operative recovery, Life Care Center of Stonegate features a homelike environment where patients of all ages may rehabilitate after surgery or a hospital stay while regaining strength. We offer inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as 24-hour skilled nursing care. Our team approach to care connects dedicated nurses and therapists with state-of-the-art rehab equipment such as the AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®. With an on-site physician offering faster, more convenient patient and resident care, our associates provide high levels of care and service to all individuals.

Debra Walton5 StarThe people who care for residents here are professional and cheerful. They care about the people for whom they are responsible. The physical and occupational therapy opportunities are outstanding. Those therapists have high standards for their patients as well as for themselves. I have felt safe here, respected and valued.Sunday 8th August 2021
David Scott1 StarMy mother-in-law had her hip replacement surgery recently and we chose Stonegate because it was close to family for her rehab. The prior post says they were not a rehab center and I wish we had read it because they were right. From not telling us they had a COVID outbreak, to making her sit in a wheelchair from 6-8 p.m., to no assistance with the bathroom, to feeding her a peanut butter sandwich for dinner...we got her out of there as soon as possible. When they answered the phone they simply said hello. Goodbye and good riddance. Do not use this facility if you expect your loved ones to be cared for while they are recovering from surgery.Wednesday 22nd September 2021
Lanique Hinch1 StarThis center is NOT a rehabilitation center! There is limited exercise and limited time we a physical therapist. The nurses on a whole have bad attitudes. You must be able to wait up to one hour for anyone to respond to your call light
The food is not healthy if you care about nutrition.Saturday 11th September 2021
Debra “ProfCollins” Collins5 StarMy mom is here because of a botched knee repair that became septic. She's got a long road home and I am so happy with the care she is receiving here. Physical therapy is getting fit and strong for her upcoming reconstruction surgery. The case worker and director of nursing personally contact me with updates. Your loved one will do well here!Wednesday 24th March 2021
