Sam White5 StarMy brother was here last year and received great care! We’ve been at several facilities and this one was by far the best. You can’t always make everyone happy, but they definitely try very hard to meet everyone’s expectations. Staff were kind and were patient with my brother even though he could be difficult at times. I was oriented to the position well also the management ie. previous person in this position, DON, and Administrator have been available for questions. The Administrator helped and watched how I was working and could see that I was having some trouble with organization. He went and made a notebook to organize me. They have been aware and made sure that I am not working my self to death. This is one of the best management teams I have worked with.
