Receptionist Carrie very rude. Playing games not transferring phone, yelling and than hanging up. After approximately 25 min of calling repeatedly Ashlee the executive director gets on the call and tries to tell me that the receptionist was not Carrie and it was Joel Be aware she identified herself as Carrie on the first 23 calls! Not sure whats going on over there. Extension 500 nursing station never picks up the phone. You have to call a supervisor if you are lucky to get one because having them paged doesn’t work either. Dont let them tell you they were busy giving meds or assisting a resident. Its a lie on most occasioned. I witnessed it many times and have it on video that they all go to break together and nobody is around or that phone at ext 500 could ring all day with all the nurses sitting around it and they still will not answer. I could press the room assist button for my loved one and wait forever unless I look at them directly and tell them I need assistance. Many times is too late and my loved one would need a complete bed change because she can’t wait that long. The issue on nursing station 500 has been reported many times and Director Gonzalez which is no longer there was informed. Ashley executive Director was not informed again today. Lets see if some action is taken with lazy and rude employees from the receptionist to the actual nursing staff. Go to the reviews online and to the BBB on the complaints. All very similar. All wait and investigate what if any action is taken and follow up with another review or escalate to another complaint. Going back to today the Executive Director herself did go check on my calling reason but it should not come to this. God forbid if its was an emergency. !

my mom was recently in rehab for 5 weeks and they are top notch. Nurse Nancy was great, she always brought a smile on moms face. All the staff are friendly, the facility is beautiful! The food is good too!

I'm only putting a 1 because I wouldn't be able to make any comments, I can honestly say the only person there nice was the girl on the front des . Who ever runs that place needs to get ride of the staff they are terrible, patients never get ice water, if the ring the nurse bell it takes at least 20 minutes for anyone to come to the room, then they leave never taking care of the patients needs ring the bell again and God forbid you bothered them. The staff is mostly sitting at the nurses stations either on there phones or telling jokes and just being very loud, I have at several occasions had to go to the nurses station and try to get info on my spouse or wanted to talk about some concerns I had and there literally were 4 nurses or whatever they call there selves just sitting there never acknowledging I was sitting there I had to say hello can someone or anyone of you see I'm standing here I have a question I mean I felt like I was disturbing them. They are very nasty employee . I would never recommend that place for anyone to bring there family members ther . I will also be contacting Medicare to have that place investigated to let them know they are paying big dollars for patients to go there and it should be closed down, They also should get ride of the kitchen staff the food is disgusting not fit for a dog.
