Our Lakeland Office is a secluded, cozy, free-standing building, just 1/2 block off one of Lakeland’s major highways (East Memorial Boulevard). The waiting room, 5 counseling offices, and large group room are all designed with confidentiality and comfort in mind.

I love my doctor's here. I may disagree with them but they are really caring and they do anything to get you feeling better. They are out for your best interest always, not like other clinics they don't care about you just money. 😊

I've been using this business's services since before the LifeStance acquisition. I'm not a fan of the new ownership or operational practices. am having an issue with the billing department. I did reach out via the portal about a fee (from August) that popped up on my November bill via the patient portal but did not get a response. However, I did get a call from the office about the fee before an upcoming appointment, but not the message I sent to the billing department asking for a detailed breakdown of all the charges and payments on my account even though it had been weeks. They told me I would not be able to attend my next session unless the fee is paid. I decided to terminate care with them as the cost is not worth the service you get. I liked my practitioner overall but I've not liked any of my interactions with the operation side of LifeStance Health. I will pay the fee to avoid a collection but I still do not believe the fee is correct. It's also suspect that the fee conveniently popped up near the end of the year and months after the date they claim the charge was incurred. I get that they need to make money, but this is bad business practice.

I have always had good care with this group. The office people are kind and very accommodating. The ARNP'S and Dr.s are great. No complaints except the billing on my account is messed up. I have called them several times and it still isn't fixed. Mind you these were bills from 2019 and before. Not mine, wish they would fix this.
