Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is your connection to the LifeStance Health team, as well as a number of valuable patient resources. Accessing your specific patient portal is easy, just follow these steps!
Step 1
If you are already a patient of LifeStance Health, simply click the button below, and search for your provider.
Step 2
Once you see your providers name, click to open their page and select the “Patient Portal” button on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3
Login to your Patient Portal! If you can’t remember your login, simply click “Forgot Password”. If you aren’t sure whether you ever received a login, click “Register” then enter your information using the email you provided us prior to your first visit.
*Helpful tip- it is a great idea to save the link to your Patient Portal to your browser favorites, or bookmark the page for quick access in the future.
For New Patients
Your experience with the portal begins with an email invitation from your provider’s office. You will receive a Patient Portal Account Notification email after your LifeStance Health office has added your account to the patient portal. Simply click the link in that email to gain access and begin navigating the portal.

Mike Finnegan1 StarOnly because I'm not allowed to give zero stars. I filled out the online website paperwork and waited a week. No call back. At two weeks I call and spoke to Amy? the intake person. She said they had to review insurance info and align me with the best fit of Doctor. 2 weeks, no call back. So I call again. Spoke to nice female who took down a lot of info and promised me, repeatedly, that the intake girl would call me back that day. You guessed it, 2 weeks, no call back. I wouldn't send my wife's stupid cat to this place. Look elsewhere.Thursday 14th January 2016

Joseph Delamora Jr.4 StarHaving two offices, it can be confusing to find it; seeing as it's tucked between three other in use offices. Be sure to ask which location on the phone and follow up with them in a timely manner. I was initially skeptical because of the reviews and my doctor falling ill on our first scheduled appointment. However, the office is very professional, well presented, and the doctor that I worked with was impressive and his methodology was incredibly personal. If you're looking for a non-threatening experience with a qualified staff then give this a shot. I'm going to.Tuesday 28th February 2017
Jackie 3713 StarGood for general anxiety or problems, but for serious traumatic events, go somewhere else (YWCA for men & women is excellent). One counselor there did not get to the heart of the cause of the traumatic event & address the biggest issues to avoid being traumatized again.Saturday 1st December 2018
Alex Harris1 StarEasily the most unprofessional therapist location I've ever been to. My therapist Dr Knutson left for a trip for a month, but never communicated when shed be able to continue my appointments. I never receive any calls letting me know that I had missed an appointment or asking if I was going that week, like other places do. They charged me for several missed appointments I didn't know I even was supposed to have even though I emailed her asking for information. I even drove to an appointment, costing me half a days work, that wasn't there due to unorganized miscommunication through the team to which I was promised another phone call, which was never given.Monday 25th April 2016
