I'm not sure if my message went through, but I wanted to thank Dr. Sites for his excellent and understanding care. He has, and continues to, assist me during through some difficult times. Additionally, the office staff are very courteous and professional.

Dr Winders and Dr Eschette literally saved my life. I was at a point I didn’t know where to turn. They were genuine and welcoming. The very first time I walked out of their office I felt lighter. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I was attending this facility when it was Savannah Psychiatry. Never had an issue. Now that this new company took over, they allowed my medicine to lax twice! Now I'm being told I can't get refills, I have to see the NP every month to get a refill. That's garbage. First and foremost, you don't let peoples medicine lax, most of these meds need to be taken continuously. So the first time I was a month without meds until I can get an appointment, now I'm on over a week and can't get an appointment until the 29th. If it wasn't for Nancy Eschette my therapist, I'd leave them all together. A truely awfully run company. Very disappointed.

When someone asks for help from a counselor, it usually means it’s important. I called the office twice, Once i left a message and another time I spoke to a the receptionist who took my info and said someone would get back to me. I haven’t hear anything back. If they don’t have availability or don’t want to take you on as a client, the least they can do is return your call and let you know. As a mental health professional you should care enough about people to make sure they are heard and helped, even if that means you can’t take someone on as a client. These days no one cares enough anymore about their business or people to return people’s calls.
