The new patient appointment turn around time is amazingly fast. I was able to get set up, with patient portal access and scheduled with the Dr I wanted to see within a week. They do ask that you call to schedule the first appointment instead of doing it online but I can understand why. The office staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I have copies of my medical records and wanted to make sure they were available to the Dr before my first appointment. The staff had no problem taking care this for me. Every contact has been pleasant and positive. The office staff & the Dr are attentive and actually listen to you. They don't make you feel rushed or inconvenient. They are reassuring and attentive; qualities you'd expect when it comes to health care, especially mental healthcare. Virtual visits make life so much easier. Less time off of work and no traffic stress. These visits feel a bit more personal because they can take place in your space, where you're most at ease. Anything you may have forgotten to "bring with you" can be quickly retrieved, which allows both sides to make the most of the appointment. Highly recommended.
