I have never had therapy before and I was searching for about a month for one and I came across them. It is all tele-health but the process was super easy and smooth and Dr Deborah Johnson was truly amazing I really like how easy she was to talk to and even though it was just my intake I am happy I took the step to start therapy. Definitely would recommend them for anyone who struggles with mental health.

Jennifer Brenner is a fantastic Mental Health Counselor that I feel truly listens to her patients. I’ve tried many other counselors in the past and I like that she keeps it real. Often I feel like I’m being coddled by the counselor but Jennifer is able to provide counseling in a respectful manner while still allowing me to feel like an adult. Furthermore, she is professional and punctual which I’ve come to learn shouldn’t always be expected in the health care industry .
