I love the Doctor and nurses, but the office staff is absolutely horrible. Always scheduling my childs appointments AFTER his medication is needed. I'm having to urgently call them to get an appointment before his next one. They NEVER call back, if they do its 2 days later. Do NOT recommend.

Alway losing meds AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE NOR ARE THEY WILLING TO HELP!!!!! I HAVE HAD TO WAIT TWO MONTHS BEFORE JUST TO GET MY MEDS!!!! SMH

I hate lifestream. My son has significant mental illness so I've been dealing with them since he was about 11. He's 26 now. They are so unorganized. They overwork their employees. We've been to the school which doesn't even exist anymore. The hospital many times. Most recently they released him out the side door and I was waiting at the other door. He has no meds, no follow up appointment, no information for me about what's to come. I never spoke to anyone and I had no idea where to even start. We once waited 2 hours for an appointment in Clermont office and when we finally sat down with the Dr she said she couldn't treat him. And refused the appointment. What??? She saw him 30 seconds! I was fuming! 🔥 😈 The case worker assigned to my son at the moment makes promise after promise and she has literally not done a single thing. We had to do everything ourselves. It's been two months and no food stamps,no medicaid card. His disability will take 6 months. Thankfully I caught on quickly and started these processes myself or we would be nowhere. She promised cash for me since I had to buy clothes,, a bed,toiletries etc and of course I never go that either.. His Dr rescheduled his second appointment even though I called the week before telling them he needs medication increase. Everyone tells u it's someone else's responsibility and u get nowhere. Every time I call they give me a new to someone else and when I call that number it's the wrong person, wrong department, they can't help blah blah blah.

I have gone here because I was court ordered to go here. I have never not once had a positive experience with anybody there every single time I talk to somebody even though I’ve been there for over a year they do not know my name they can’t find me they call the wrong number they had to reschedule me all the time and when I ask them for my doctors name they tell me that the doctor was let go three months ago. Nobody wanted to inform me now I have to wait for another doctor call me. The doctor called me the call got disconnected and now they have a two month waiting period for the next available appointment. Nobody wanted to help me I have diseases and mental health issues that I need medication for that theyDon’t seem to care to help. This is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with mental health care. They shut you out the door if they don’t care they don’t remember you and they all they want is their money. Do not go here I wish I was not court ordered here because I could go someplace else and get the help I need.

Lifestream has helped me tremendously, but as for the eustis location I have had quite a few issues. To begin the lady that works the front counter is extremely rude and impatient and should be trained on how to deal with mentally ill people. Another, is that they recently stopped giving injections at this location, instead having the patient travel to the leesburg location, which is extremely difficult considering I have no car. As for the rest of the staff, they are wonderful and patient. The facility is also very clean and sanitary. As for the doctor, she is very nice and knows her stuff. The only downside is its phone appointments only and not because of corona, which makes it a lot less personal and harder to trust.
