This place is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been into !!!!!! it is so scary and sad my sister left there had to go to West Florida because of the care that she was under was grossly worsened this place should be shut down closed forever. It really doesn’t deserve any stars don’t ever leave any of your family members in this place keep them at home if it all possible with you if not you will be burying them.

One star is to many, my mother went there after surgery, they did not bathe her, or turn her over, she ended up with a bed sore all over her bottom! There was mold on her pillow and sheets, she had feces in places it should not be! We called Adult Protective services, they did a report. A few days later things got worse so we called again, well miraculously that night my mother fell out of her bed, mind you she couldn't even hold her head up, she was rushed to sacred heart. Do not let a family member go there!

One star is too good for them. My uncle only made it 4 days there before being taken to the ER. Wasn't given meds, bathed regularly and wouldn't answer his call bell. I would have to call the facility to let them know he needed help. Horrible place
