Lori Miller2 StarTo scratch the surface, communication is terrible. Family is told to “call any time there are questions or concerns”, but cannot reach a person, have to leave multiple messages before getting a response.
Information family receives is variable, at times makes no sense and no one can explain the reasoning. Answers are vague and noncommittal.
Nursing and administration do not tell family the same information, so you have to wonder if anyone knows what is going on.Friday 8th April 2022
Dam “Damagindan” Agindan4 StarMy mom was transferred to Lopatcong Center a little over two weeks ago and I have to say it has been a very good experience so far. Mom was transferred from a place in South Jersey and she hated it. She absolutely loves this place. She says the food is great, the staff is very nice and very helpful. It is nice to know that she is comfortable here and being taken care of. Well done to Lopatcong Center.

Laurie L.5 StarMy mom has been here for about a year, she had a rocky start but the staff tried their best to accommodate her needs. There were a few communication issues with social services at first, but overall my mom has become very comfortable. She now has her favorite staff and they really do a great job with her. Administration is great and if you have a concern they address it immediately. The food could be better and more variety offered. My mom is very happy here and that’s what counts. When she had the chance to move closer to me and to a private facility, she chose to stay here. I now don’t have to worry and know she is taken care of and safe.
Update- it’s been almost two years and my mom
Has really settled in here. She has started having health issues and a cognitive decline and the nurses and aids have been wonderful to her. The director is very accommodating and really cares about the residents like they are his own family. I’m so glad mom is here, where they care about her overall well being. Now i can sleep at night knowing she’s taking care of 24/7.Tuesday 27th October 2020
