Tim H2 StarI don't know what other services they provide, but I was getting servies for
pyschiatry and psychology.
To their credit, they were there when i needed them. Initially.
Getting meds with them is painless enough.
They have a holier-than-thou approach to everything as if they're doing YOU the favor of helping as if they're not getting paid.
Example: You have an appointment to speak with a counsellor over the phone. YOU have to call in, and if you do not- for whatever reason (this is mental health after all) ... they don't call you. Ever. Instead, they count it as a miss.
This is 2021. Almost 2022. You just call. It's not like I don't have my phone on me. It's not like it's gonna take me 20 minutes to drive to my appointment. If it's on zoom - i just log in. Or what if i was having technical issues?
Nope. They don't call. And belittling i received for 'missing' said appointment? Unacceptable.
I added a star for them helping me otherwise it would be 1/5Friday 17th December 2021

Mr. Ghostbuster1 Starshame on you for denying somebody who legitimately needs help and not allowing them to receive it. your staff is rude and talks about patients among themselves after they leave the counter. I truly wonder how many lives could have been saved if you actually helped people like you're supposed to. hope you people at lfs can sleep at night thinking about that.Monday 29th June 2020
