Shellsearch1 StarI must say the nurses and techs were amazing, however, overall, I was not impressed. The pictures on the website are not what you see when you get there with the exception of the client rooms. The place is very clean but the food is terrible. They tell you over the phone you get your hygiene products, your makeup, and they have u-tube...you don't. They were gonna keep me 6 nights, against my wishes, with a clean drug screen and while I was not detoxing or taking any detox meds. They said the sober living house I was discharging to wanted me to stay this long which
was a lie.. They don't allow you to make phone calls to verify anything....If you try to leave before they are done billing your insurance, they won't let you have any of your belongings for 72 hrs after you leave. So you have no phone, no money, no ID, no car keys, and no meds. This place is a trap. If you need detox and are desperate, it's not the worst...if not, don't go here!!!!Friday 25th February 2022

The tech workers were always there for my needs and the therapist and case workers did a phenomenal job at helping me through this process. I would recommend this place 100%.
