marah bracy1 StarVery unprofessional. Counselor named Keri just miss appts without contacting their patient or giving them a call back. Their answering machine just "deletes voicemails." front desk lady claims. Girl at front desk is rude always on her phone or more worried about having a non related work conversation with her co worker then the patients waiting at the front window. Mentioned it to them and tried saying I was the one being rude and then proceeded to point her finger in my face and scream at a 22 year old. Seems like the counselors here need the counseling here more then the patients! extremely disappointed, will not be going back.Wednesday 17th March 2021
