TERRIBLE! Unprofessional, rude, unethical and inconsistent nursing staff. They will treat you wrong, cut your dose IN HALF for missing a weekend? The younger nurse there is completely out of line in how she speaks to the clients more often than not. She treats them with no respect, in fact she steps out her own “boundaries” and will decrease doses BEYOND what a doctor has ordered, which is unethical and can get her licensed revoked. Save yourself from being a patient here. There are THREE other clinics in the Wichita area, all of which I have conducted business with that do not step out of line and treat patients in the manner that Matrix Center does. It’s so unfortunate! There are 3 more clinics and usually more conveniently located as well they’re the Wichita Treatment Center, Center For Change, and Metro Treatment Center all of Which are really nice clinics where the staff show empathy and care.

I really love this place, I have been here for years and they are all great! BUT let me tell anyone who is going to use this type of treatment for opioids that they don’t tell you that CBD tests positive for THC. I never had a positive drug test, not for 6 yrs so I was going to the clinic once a month and that progress got completely wiped away with 1 hit of my daughters vape pen!

This place is just great. The staff is very friendly. Especially Steve. He is so caring and hilarious. He went out of his way to help me when I had a mouth swab show up as positive for opiates. I hadn’t used any drugs and Steve went out of his way and told me he would email me when the results were in. He messaged me around 9pm just to let me know my results were negative. He knew it bothered me so he goes above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Also, I have been to other clinics and this one is way better than the others. I feel safe there and it is clean. It is also in a better side of town. I hated going to the other clinics because the neighbourhoods were so bad. I highly recommend this place!
