When a quick return to one’s own home isn’t possible, we are dedicated to be the next best thing. Our ExceleratedCARE units offer post-acute and skilled-nursing care while acknowledging the differences in the desires and needs of each distinct patient group. We see the importance of not only returning our patients and residents to health, but keeping them there. That’s why we’ve launched TransitionalCARE, a program that assigns protocols to closely monitor the patients who are at risk of being readmitted to hospitals, and prevent that from occurring.

We also know hospitality matters, and sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most. We want to get you back to the business of regular life. But while you’re with us, we strive to offer the comforts and amenities of home – maybe even better.

My 92 year old mother is at Mayfair for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. I have met and watched a number of the staff from aides, to nurses to therapists over a 2-week period. First, they are very well staffed which is extremely challenging these days. Second, to a person, they see the work, not as a job, but rather as a calling. They love making a difference and it shows.

It is a family environment. From the moment I came into the building I was welcomed. There are wonderful activities for residents. Update: I wish I had never given this review. Holidays always give a warm feeling that vanishes when the season to be jolly fades. The resident activities were really good though.

Mayfair Manor is such a wonderful place to work. The staff is so welcoming and makes you feel a part of the family! The facility is decorated beautifully and it’s always their mission to make the atmosphere fun. I’m so glad to be a part of the team!
