The activities have been great since Jennifer took over. Everybody here is pretty good. I love taco Tuesdays.

When I visited Meadow Brook, I received a warm welcome from employees. It is a warm environment with employees who genuinely care about the residents. The interior is bright and updated. You can't tell from the outside, but inside the facility feels warm and inviting.

I like how the employees handle things and get the job done. They keep us busy, which is good. Something you can count on here is having a good day.

Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would. As I was talking to a former employee from there, and me being a CNA it truly sounds like a really horrible for staff and patients. First off employees come and go because of how bad management is, CNAS are over worked and very underpaid as well as abused by both patients and management. Brittany had favorites and Mallory as well, if you weren’t part of the click don’t count on being able to have time off or emergencies as well as being a little late to work once in a while. And make sure you are comfortable with you’re start pay because there has been employees that have worked yrs there and have not been given a raise and bonus we’re limited because “it wasn’t fair” yet there would be 1-2 cnas on the whole floor because Mallory the DON and Brittany the former administrator or Dee the ADON would not be willing to come in, yet expected someone from the team or the CNA supervisor Sarah to come in even if it was their day off or if they had already been working to come in and receive a $25 dls gift card from Walmart if you were lucky. The food for the patients was sometimes with mold according to various cnas and nurses as well as residents there. The nurses there WILL NOT HELP out cnas, except for very few, and usually they work Saturday and Sunday due to the understaffing problem and not enough compensation. This place is truly abuse mentally and emotionally for CNAS, lastly but not least some cnas are really lazy and put even more stress on those cnas that actually work. Erika, Ivette, Marcella, Juana, Lorejen, Sophie, Minnie, Matt, Kuba, Brenda P, Andria and Nelson are truly amazing and the staff that keeps this place running. Picking up shifts and truly helping each other. To finalize this, most do these reviews are done by patients that don’t even have access to a phone or aren’t even aware enough to write a review and are written by activities girl. This place can’t manage to keep, housekeeping, dietary staff, cnas and now management. Please don’t leave your loved one here, unfortunately there is too many issues going on with the facility, that they won’t be able to receive proper care in a timely manner.
