I've worked here for almost 6 years now... Meadowbrook is the best place to work. There are so many wonderful benefits, wonderful co-workers, and overall a great positive environment. I have worked in healthcare for 35 years, the last 4 of which have been at Meadowbrook. The benefits and bonuses are exemplary, but it’s the way I was welcomed and continue to be treated that makes me eager to come to work everyday. I can also attest to the fantastic care and treatment of our residents, because my mom lives here! After many years at another facility, I made the decision to bring her here. Her overall health and well-being has improved under the diligent care of our medical team. I wholeheartedly recommend Meadowbrook Healthcare to anyone seeking employment or needing care for themselves or a loved one.

My mom has been on the Chestnut Grove floor for 3 years now. She had a severe stroke that paralyzed her right side. After many years our family has accepted that she is in the best place. Her nurses- Jami Mitchell and Helen are amazing! They are pure angels in our eyes! The CNA’s have very special hearts and take very good care of my mom! It saddens us that mom can’t live with us but knowing the angels that take care of her love her makes it better for us!

There's no denying that the last two years have been challenging for all Nursing Homes. The staff at Meadowbrook have truly been a Godsend to our Grandma. They have bent over backwards to make her safe and feel loved when we were only allowed window visits. They were the ones who handed out hugs and love when we were unable to. Now they bend over backwards to accommodate her needs, keep her safe and to keep the doors open so that we could resume our weekly visits. Because of Covid, they are sometimes short staffed, but the staff always finds a way to provide comfort and safe keeping for their residents. They truly do care, and we are so grateful.

Meadowbrook healthcare is a great place to work. They are fair, have many little benefits that add up, and treat their employees well. I’ve worked here for seven years and wouldn’t look anywhere else. The residents are treated like family and with dignity. I feel lucky to have such a great employer who values the elderly!
