At MedMark Timonium, we understand that there are many physical, mental, and emotional aspects to recovery. That’s why we take a multimodal approach to treatment and emphasize the importance of our counseling services to aid in moving past addiction. In fact, our patients in the greater Baltimore area have access to several first-rate resources that support their recovery process.

Choosing to begin opiate addiction treatment at MedMark is a huge step in the right direction, and it’s important to know that you’re not alone. Our addiction treatment program aims to provide individualized attention to patients with these problems so that they can recover with dignity and respect while also improving their quality of life. As a CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) certified program, MedMark upholds the highest standards when providing treatment and care for our patients.

It works if you play ball and do what you're supposed to do, if you need serious counseling I would recommend you see someone outside of the clinic. I feel like the councilors are there to monitor your progress and make sure you get the right dose and make sure you are stabilized. Only my opinion.

Acupuncture is amazing, if I miss acupuncture is like missing a meal. It sustains me and helps me in many ways. Ramona my counselor is top drawer - she the finest counselor I have ever worked with. She is tops!!! Carl is excellent with the acupuncture - it never hurts! The director is always on top of everything.

Hi. I have been with this place for some time now. I have done everything that I'm supposed to do. I think I could be a poster boy of what this program wants for their clients. That being said, January I lost a week of my two weeks due to miscommunication. Now I'm in the process of the same thing happening again due to the fault of my counselor. Now in no way is my counselor a bad one because she's been the absolute best. I've tried to talk to the director But she never calls back or won't et knowledge the fact you called. I need the owners to look into this because this isn't right I'm being treated so WRONG. HELP ME someone. Please....

My daughter goes to this facility. She would usually only have to go once a month, because of covid 19. Now they are making her go everyday. One day she wiped her medication containers down because she wanted to be careful of other people handling her medication there. She wanted to lower her chances of getting the virus by making everything clean. So the labels were legible but faded. Honestly she has gotten them printed out that faded before, but I guess they wanted to punish her for being aware of germs during this virus. So they made he go every week, but they still continued to do recalls. They call people randomly to check their medication. Things have been hard, so she didnt have a phone for a while. They claimed they called a couple weeks ago then called again a few days later around a monday. If she goes every week, couldn't they have told her in person. That monday. They said they called her a couple weeks ago. And couldn't get a hold of her between then. That doesn't make sense if she goes every monday. Again making her go more, and more of a chance of being in contact of people with covid-19. So since she did not get the call and failed a test. Now they are making her go everyday. For three months. This stresses me out because not just she but also being around her family. There is always a chance of being around all those people, touching the same door who know how many people touch. It makes her chances more possible to get this disease. I am just scared for my daughters life. I know other parents who I've talked to, their son or daughter who goes to the same facility, from which they haven't gotten a call. I wonder if it's just chance. If it is, that's a terrible lottery. I am informing others this hoping people will become aware of their chances. If you go here or have plans on going here. You have no control of your chances of your experience as a patient. Your exposure to the current pandemic is tantamount to your attendance at this so called medical facility. Being treated as a subhuman, will surely be a treatment option. AT YOUR OWN RISK. From her experience, I have never hoped for my daughter to be treated so inhumanely. With such disgust as if she is a waste of society. When she goes there for no drug addiction. But is unable to get pain medication due to stigmatization of someone that young to have pain problems. Come to find out she has serious health problems but is wrongly medicated because of others abuse has made life horrible for the sick who need it. Assuming is wrong for the misinterpretation of the patient. The better business bureau should be informed if not now, you could be the next victim, ....patient. Need to better understand the law and contradiction of methadone clinic medical practice. Also medical policy on coronavirus social distancing in a medical practice, and conditions of how many patients have gotten the virus in this one facility of practice. Would like to hear advice?
